If you’ve received faulty items, or the wrong order, you may be entitled to a full replacement of individual item(s) or Box(s).

We do not offer refunds/store credit for Change of Mind, Sale Items, or damage/lost items once in the care of Australia Post.
If you order is already in the process of being dispatched we may not be able to cancel it.
There is a major failure with a product when: you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem/it is significantly different from the description/sample or demonstration you were shown/it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose/it is unsafe.
For faulty items you may reject the goods following communication at firstname.lastname@example.org , and if we can establish the item was sent to you in faulty condition, prior to postage, we will happily replace the item for you.
We request an email be sent to email@example.com with photos of the faulty item, with proof and date of purchase.
We are not liable for damage caused while in the care of the Shipping provider.
Minor failures include small problems with products that do not fit into the major failure categories.
If your order is missing items, we will send a replacement at our expense. We are not obligated to replace/refund an item that was damaged in the care of shipping/postage services.
CHANGE OF MIND
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for change of mind.
For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you knowingly purchased, but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free replacement. If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description of the item received, incorrect order, or sent you an item in unusable/unsafe condition, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, or refund.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT
Customers must provide For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 with complete and accurate details when making purchases. For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All of our prices are in AUD, For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 receives payment either through PayPal.
Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 uses the WooCommerce and SSL for all transaction protection. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 or any third party.
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system (suspected fraud), we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person’s details, For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.
Orders are processed on business days excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase.
This email receipt does not comprise a contract.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020. In addition, For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
Orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day are shipped the next day, but can be subject to change due to stock. If your order is placed after this it will be dispatched in the following 2-3 days, subject to stock.
Purchases made on Weekends and on Public Holidays are processed and shipped in the following business days.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Please note Australia Post Express Shipping and Standard Shipping require a signature upon delivery.
Standard Shipping Parcel Post – Postage will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Express Shipping & Next Day Delivery – If you are located within metropolitan areas, this means next day delivery for majority of customers.
For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 is not liable for delayed shipping or damage to items in the care of Sendle Parcel Delivery.
Regrettably, For The Mumma’s TM Copyright 2020 does not currently ship outside of Australia.
